TJ Price Match

If you find the same diamond—with identical specifications (carat, cut, clarity, color, certification number, and fluorescence)—offered at a lower price from another jeweler, we will match that price.

Note: This guarantee applies only to the diamond itself and does not include the ring setting.

To be eligible for our Price Match Guarantee, please ensure the following criteria are met:

• The diamond must have identical specifications, including carat, cut, clarity, color, fluorescence, and the same certification number.
• The certification must be issued within the past 12 months.
• The price comparison must be with an authorized retailer.
• The price match request must be made before completing your purchase.
• The competitor’s price must be current and valid at the time of your request, with comparisons accepted within 30 days of the price match request.
• You must provide proof of the lower price, which includes:
  • A valid link to the competitor’s website or a current quote from an authorized retailer.
  • A certified grading report with the same certification number and a certification date of less than one year.

To request a price match:

• Fill out the Price Match Request Form below and submit directly. This form will allow you to enter your details and attach relevant documentation for verification.
• Upon submission, a confirmation email will be sent to you, and our team will be notified to review your request.

In the request form, please provide:

• Your full name, email address, and contact number.
• A link or screenshot from the authorized retailer’s website.
• The price and details of the specific diamond you wish to match.
• Alternatively, you may contact us via phone or in person at our store if you prefer assistance with your request.

Our team will verify the offer and confirm the price match within 7 working days.

Price Match Limitations:

• The price match does not apply to discounted or clearance items.
• Special promotions, limited-time offers, and flash sales are excluded.
• Custom or non-standard diamonds, modified designs, or alternative metal rings are not eligible.

One Match Per Item:

• The Price Match Guarantee can only be applied once per purchase, per diamond.

Verification and Approval:

• We reserve the right to verify the competitor’s price and product availability before approving the price match.

The comparison must be current, meaning the competitor’s price should be valid at the time of the request.
