As our jewellery is made to order, production takes between 20 and 25 working days. We assure you that the wait is worthwhile, as our commitment to quality craftsmanship ensures a piece that will last a lifetime.

If you require expedited service, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We offer free shipping on all orders within Malaysia.

For international orders, shipping fees apply based on the destination country’s currency.

1. Malaysia Orders:

• Transit times to Sabah, Sarawak, and Labuan may be extended due to logistical arrangements by the shipping company.

2. International Orders:

• If you are shopping using the destination country currency, the shipping fee is included in the product price.
• We use FedEx International Priority for secure and expedited international shipping. If you prefer a different courier service, please let us know by sending us a message.
• For countries not listed above, please contact us here.
• The estimated transit time may vary due to factors such as festive seasons, flight schedules, and customs clearance procedures in the destination country.

Once your package is shipped from our galleria, you will receive an email notification with a tracking link.

You can also track your order and shipping status through the order confirmation and shipping emails.

Every package dispatched from Tailored Jewel is securely packaged, insured against theft and damage during transit, and shipped from our galleria to your delivery address.

For security reasons, we only ship to physical home or business addresses and do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to receive the package.

In the rare event of a lost package, we will work with the shipping company to locate your parcel and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or refund. Please note that our insurance does not cover deliveries to countries with unstable political conditions, including those affected by war, terrorism, sanctions, and similar risks.

• Import and customs duties, value-added tax (VAT), tariffs, and other fees imposed by the destination country are not included in the product price or shipping costs. These charges are the customer’s responsibility to cover.
  • Import duties are levied on goods that are subject to import duties and imported into the country;
  • Goods and Services Tax (GST) is a consumption tax imposed on imported goods, while Value Added Tax (VAT) is a sales tax collected by retailers and subsequently forwarded to the government.

• How are duties and taxes calculated?
  • To calculate import duty on goods,
    Import Duty = CIF value X Import Duty Rates
  • To calculate sales tax,
    Sales Tax = CIF Value X Sales Tax Rate
    Note: CIF value includes the cost of good, insurance and freight necessary to deliver the good to the destination country

  For example:

  Destination country: Brunei
  Invoice value: USD 1,000
  Freight: USD 40
  CIF value: USD 1,000 + 40 = USD 1,040

  Estimated Duties: 0.00%
  Estimated Duties Amount: USD 1,040 x 0.00% = USD 0

  Estimated Taxes: 7.00%
  Estimated Taxes Amount: USD 1,040 x 15.00% = USD 156
  Estimate Total Payable Duties & Taxes: USD 0 + 156 = USD 156

• Upon arrival in the destination country, the package will undergo a customs inspection. After the inspection, the courier agent will contact the receiver to inform them of the final payable duties and taxes. The amount can be paid to the courier agent upon delivery or through other payment options provided by the courier agent.
