Our Smart Filter connects to over 700 trusted global vendors, providing real-time updates on available diamonds. The system filters options based on:

Each listing includes high-resolution videos, magnified images, and certification links to give you confidence in your choice.

Pricing is determined by individual vendors. Our system captures these live vendor-set prices, allowing you to benefit from competitive deals. Occasionally, higher-graded diamonds may be priced lower due to promotional strategies by vendors. (Example: Like how AGODA works.)

Occasionally, a diamond may sell before your order is processed. If this happens, we’ll provide a replacement of equal or better quality to ensure your satisfaction.

Since our diamonds are sourced directly from global vendors, they are not available for in-person viewing. However:

• Listings provide 30x magnified images and high-quality videos for clarity inspection.
• Keep in mind that inclusions visible in magnified views may not be noticeable to the naked eye.

• Refund Assurance (7-Day): Exclusively for TJ’s Premium Picks, this allows you to return the diamond within 7 days if it doesn’t meet your expectations. Fees cover:
  • Labor for resetting and repurposing.
  • Shipping and insurance costs.
  • Refunds exclude taxes or discounts.
• Design Change Assurance (60 Days): Available for all rings, allowing you to modify your design within 60 days of collection. Fees cover labor for resetting the diamond and repurposing the design. The original setting must be returned in perfect condition.
